Privacy policy

Who we are and what this policy covers
Loanbulk operates loanbulk.com (our website and store). This policy explains how personal information is handled when you browse, order, contact us, or use our online services. Our contact details are below. Our store uses Shopify to provide hosting, checkout, and related commerce services. A privacy notice is not a request for blanket consent to advertising; consent and opt-out choices are handled separately where required.
Information categories, sources, and purposes
Depending on how you interact with the store and which services are enabled, we collect or process the categories below. These categories describe our store operations, including applicable activity during the preceding 12 months; they do not mean every category is collected from every visitor.
- Identifiers and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address, account identifiers, IP address, and cookie or device identifiers. Sources include you, your device, Shopify, and service providers. Uses include account and order administration, customer support, fraud prevention, and permitted measurement or marketing.
- Commercial and transaction information: products viewed or purchased, cart contents, order amounts, transaction references, payment status, delivery events, and return or refund records. Sources include you, checkout, payment providers, and carriers. Uses include completing orders, accounting, customer service, and understanding store performance.
- Internet and device activity: browser and device type, referring pages, clicks, pages viewed, approximate location inferred from IP address, and interactions with advertisements or messages. Sources include browsers, cookies, pixels, Shopify, and analytics or advertising providers when enabled. Uses include security, site functionality, performance measurement, and advertising permitted by your choices and applicable law.
- Communications: messages, attachments, product questions, feedback, and privacy-request correspondence that you choose to send. Uses include responding, resolving disputes, and maintaining records of your request. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details by email.
- Preferences and inferences: saved choices and interests inferred from interactions with products or campaigns when relevant features are enabled. Uses include remembering preferences and permitted personalization, not making decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, or similarly significant matters.
Payment providers process the payment credentials needed to complete your purchase. We receive transaction and payment-status information and may receive limited payment details, such as the payment type and masked card information. We do not ask you to send a full card number or security code to customer support.
Sensitive information and data minimization
We do not request Social Security numbers, precise location, biometric identifiers, or health information for ordinary retail orders. Account credentials and certain payment details may be considered sensitive information under state law; they are used for the requested service, account security, and lawful operational purposes, not to infer sensitive characteristics. Please limit any information you send to what is needed for your request. If applicable law gives you a right to limit a use of sensitive information, you may exercise it using the contact methods below.
Why we use information and legal grounds
We use information to process and deliver orders; provide support and refunds; maintain and secure the store; prevent fraud; meet tax, accounting, and other legal duties; respond to rights requests; improve relevant services; and, where permitted, measure and deliver marketing. Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely as appropriate on steps to enter or perform a contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent, or legitimate interests balanced against your rights. U.S. privacy laws do not all use the same legal-basis framework. Where consent is required, we obtain it before the relevant processing, and you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies
Essential technologies support checkout, session continuity, security, and privacy choices. Preference technologies remember selections. Analytics technologies help measure site activity. Advertising technologies can measure ad interactions and, when enabled and permitted, support audiences and personalized advertising. These may be provided by Shopify or third parties. Persistent technologies remain for a provider-defined period unless deleted; session technologies generally expire when the session ends. We do not retain data merely because storage is available.
Use any cookie controls presented on the site and Your Privacy Choices to manage applicable tracking and advertising choices. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser; blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout or other functions. Browser settings alone may not opt you out of all server-side disclosures. If a preference control is unavailable or does not work, email us for assistance. Cookie choices are often browser- or device-specific, so repeat them on other devices and after clearing cookies.
Google Ads, measurement, and personalized advertising
We may use Google Ads to promote the store to U.S. audiences. When conversion tracking, remarketing, or related measurement is enabled, Google and other participating providers may receive device or cookie identifiers, ad-click identifiers, page events, and transaction events such as purchase value and currency. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to show advertisements based on previous visits to this or other websites, subject to applicable permissions.
If enhanced conversions are enabled and legally permitted, customer-provided identifiers such as an email address may be hashed before transmission to help match an ad interaction to a purchase. Hashing is a security measure, not a guarantee of anonymity. We do not treat this policy as consent to that feature. We must apply the required consent or opt-out settings before using it.
Read how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services and manage Google advertising preferences in My Ad Center. These provider controls supplement, rather than replace, your choices with us. Opting out of personalized advertising does not mean you will stop seeing all advertisements. Marketing-email unsubscribe choices do not stop necessary order, safety, or refund messages.
Who receives information
We disclose information as needed to Shopify; payment providers; carriers and fulfillment service providers; customer-support, security, and IT providers; professional advisers; and analytics or advertising providers when the relevant features are enabled and legally permitted. These parties receive information appropriate to their functions, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or complete a lawful business transaction with appropriate protections. We do not publish your order details as public customer content.
Shopify processes information to operate its platform and may process certain information for its own purposes as described in its Consumer Privacy Policy. Other third-party services may have their own privacy practices; their notices do not remove our responsibility for disclosures we make.
Sale, sharing, and targeted-advertising choices
State laws may treat disclosure of identifiers, internet activity, and related commercial information to advertising providers as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising even when no money is paid for the data. When our advertising setup makes such disclosures, those categories can be involved. Necessary disclosures to service providers for payment, delivery, and security are distinct from advertising disclosures, subject to the applicable legal definitions.
You can opt out through Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or by contacting us. You do not need to create an account to make a request. We honor applicable recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law. A browser-based signal generally applies to that browser or device and, where required and reasonably linkable, your account. We do not require identity verification for an opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, although we may need information necessary to apply the request. We process opt-outs as soon as practicable, within the applicable legal deadline, and no later than 15 business days where that is the applicable limit.
California and other U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on your residence and whether the relevant law applies to our processing, you may have rights to confirm processing; know the categories, sources, purposes, and recipients of information; access specific information and obtain a portable copy; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; and limit certain sensitive-information uses. California residents may have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. Other state laws provide overlapping rights with different definitions, exceptions, and procedures.
We do not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising a privacy right. We may keep information where permitted or required, for example to complete an order, detect fraud, meet a tax obligation, or establish a legal claim, and will explain relevant limits. Deleting information necessary to an active service may make that service unavailable, but does not justify denying unrelated rights. Where California's Shine the Light law applies, you may request information about covered disclosures for third parties' direct marketing.
How to submit a request, verification, and appeals
Email support@loanbulk.com with the subject "Privacy Request," call +1 859-225-1053, or write to our contact address below. For advertising opt-outs, the direct privacy choices page is also available. Tell us the right you want to exercise and enough information to locate the relevant records. We will not require an account solely to submit a request. For access, correction, or deletion, we may verify your identity using information already held or reasonable additional information; do not send sensitive identity documents unless we explain why a secure verification step is necessary.
An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf. Where permitted, we may ask for evidence of authorization and appropriate identity verification. Opt-out preference signals do not require a separate power of attorney. We acknowledge requests when required, including within 10 business days for covered California requests. We generally respond to verifiable rights requests within 45 calendar days of receipt, or earlier if the applicable law requires. If a lawful extension is necessary, we notify you within the original period, explain the reason, and use no more than the permitted additional period.
If we deny a request, we explain why and how to appeal. Email the same address with "Privacy Appeal." We review appeals and respond within 45 calendar days or a shorter applicable deadline, with reasons and information about contacting your state attorney general or other competent authority if the appeal is denied. Requests are normally free; any exception must be permitted by law and explained before a fee is imposed.
Retention and security
We retain each category only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, considering the life of an order or account, return and warranty administration, tax and accounting requirements, dispute periods, fraud prevention, privacy preferences, and other legal duties. The duration depends on the record and legal requirement rather than one fixed period for all information. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful backup and retention arrangements. We maintain reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no system or transmission method is completely secure.
Children
Our store is intended for adult shoppers and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 or knowingly sell or share their information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required. A parent or guardian should place purchases for minors.
International processing
Although we ship only to the United States, Shopify and other providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use the required lawful arrangements. We do not promise that all information is stored exclusively in the United States.
Updates and questions
We review this notice periodically and update the date when it changes. We provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes where required. A revised notice does not override choices or rights that the law requires us to preserve.
